Booking and contact data

When a visitor sends a booking or personal request, the submitted data can include name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, country/time zone, selected service, experience, appointment time, payment method, invoice details and message. This data is used to process the request, prepare payment, create invoices and communicate about the service.

Payment providers

If Stripe, PayPal or another payment provider is connected, payment data is processed by that provider. The website should only store or forward the booking reference, selected service, experience and contact/invoice data needed to match payment and booking.

Email and automation

Booking data may be sent to the central booking email address and, after live setup, to an automation provider such as n8n, Make, Formspree or a serverless endpoint. These tools are used to send internal booking notifications, customer confirmations and invoice or payment messages.

Cookies and local storage

This website is intended to run without advertising cookies and without third-party tracking cookies. Essential local storage may be used only to remember a pending booking reference, selected checkout data or the privacy notice preference. If analytics, embedded videos, advertising pixels or other non-essential tracking tools are added later, they must be listed here and loaded only after valid consent where required.

Server logs

The hosting provider may process technical access data such as IP address, time of access, browser information and requested files for security and delivery of the website.

Retention

Booking and invoice data is kept as long as needed for booking handling, accounting, tax obligations, legal claims and customer communication. Unneeded inquiry data should be deleted when it is no longer required.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, visitors may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Requests can be sent to the email address above.
